1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Return Period

Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Condition of the Product

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • It should be unused, unaltered, and free from any visible signs of damage or wear.

1.3 Proof of Purchase

A valid invoice, order confirmation, or proof of purchase must be provided to initiate a return.

2.2 Provide Necessary Information

Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with detailed shipping instructions.
Please share your order number, product details, and reason for return.

2.3 Packaging and Shipping

  • Carefully pack the product to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the product back to us within 7–10 days after receiving the return authorization.

2.4 Inspection and Verification

Upon receipt, our technical team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3.2 Refund Amount

  • The refund will include the product price minus applicable fees, such as restocking or return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defect or company error, a full refund (including shipping) will be provided.

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-ordered tractors, special attachments, or modified equipment are non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect.

4. Warranty & Product Defects

4.1 Reporting Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and share:

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect/damage
  • Product name and invoice number

4.2 Return or Replacement

Depending on the issue, we may arrange a replacement, repair, or return at our discretion.
If a return is required, Om Agro India will bear the return shipping costs for valid cases.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Eligibility

Products eligible for return (as per Section 1) can be exchanged for another model, size, or variant.

5.2 Exchange Process

Our team will provide an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and guide you through the replacement steps.
Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped after receiving the original product.

6. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply if returned products are not in their original condition, missing parts, or show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
